The style of the kitchen was extremely important, providing a clean modern solid Ash door in a light colour to compliment the customers living space.
Maximising space for preparing and working in the kitchen was important but equally storage and easy access to appliances were a key consideration. Providing an occasional seating area to encourage social gathering whilst in the kitchen was a must.
To provide a contemporary and symmetrical design, we needed to box in an existing pipe in the corner but to maximise the use of the space and make this a functional part of the larder run design. Additionally, extending the height of the larders to minimise filler panels.
Balancing of the larders and centralising of the cooking appliances finished the look.
As part of the kitchen the customers boiler needed replacing so our trusted gas certified partner helped our customer to achieve this all co-ordinated with the kitchen installation.
Finally, our customer wanted to some seating which was achieved creatively including an existing pillar in the room above additional storage which tied the kitchen into the conservatory.
